Britney Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline is hoping to beat the bulge on Celebrity Fit Club.
The dancer and wannabe rapper - who has piled on the pounds in recent months - has signed up to appear on the next series of the US TV show, reports People.
A representative for VH1 confirmed to the mag that Federline, who was married to the pop princess from 2004 to 2007 and has two sons with her, will be taking part.
Federline's ex, Moesha actress Shar Jackson, singer Bobby Brown and former Baywatch actress Nicole Eggert are also thought to be appearing in the new series of the show, which sees celebs battling to lose weight and get fit.
Stars such as Daniel Baldwin, Tiffany and Kelly LeBrock have previously taken part in the show.

Kevin Federline has laughed off rumours that his upcoming appearance on Celebrity Fit Club is a direct result of doctors ordering him to lose weight or face potential heart problems.
The 31-year-old, who initially worked as a back-up dancer for ex-wife Britney Spears, recently signed up for the new season of the US reality fitness show.
Federline claimed that his decision to join former girlfriend Shar Jackson on the series has nothing to do with concerns for his health.
His spokesperson told People: "The rumour [of potential heart problems] is 100% false. He's focused on taking care of the kids and is [already] eating healthier and losing weight."
The seventh season of Celebrity Fit Club begins February 14, 2010 on VH1.
