We're told Wasser will make a motion to keep the custody and spousal support orders secret.
Here's what TMZ knows: K-Fed is pulling in 15K a month from Britney for child support. He's also getting 20 grand a month in spousal support, but that's based on the prenup, and it appears the alimony gravy train will come to a screeching halt in November.
As for custody, we've learned it will stay at 50/50. It's amazing disso-queen Wasser was able to get a 50/50 custody split given Brit's craziness, which included wild partying, erratic behavior and a stint in rehab. This type of custody arrangement is typically reserved for a stable couple.
But all is not over! We're told neither Brit nor Fed-Ex are happy with the custody arrangement, and either of them can go back to court and ask for a change. On top of that, Kevin won't even speak to Spears, so they will probably be back in court asking the judge to make decisions about child rearing.
One more thing: There are reports K-Fed will go to court as early as this week to get full custody. That doesn't make a lot of sense that he'd go for broke, since our sources say K-Fed has signed-off on the 50/50 custody split. He may not be happy, but it doesn't seem he's ready for all-out war either

But when asked whether she'd ever leave her two small children Kaleb and Kori with their former stepmom, Shar wasn't so evasive. "No... [Britney] was connected to Kevin, not me."
As for her relationship with somewhat reformed bad boy Kevin, Shar explains that they are still "great friends. He made choices that were different." The two continue to share custody of their children, and Shar explains that she doesn't have to worry about Kevin being around.
Regarding the false rumors that she was pregnant again, Shar, who has also dated Britney's one-time husband (before the marriage was annulled) Jason Alexander, says she was told of them in a very peculiar fashion. "It was on the radio and my kids came in and said 'congratulations.'"

Wynn hotel security escorted Britney, her brother, her two young baby boys, a nanny and her bad-boy bodyguard from the resort Thursday afternoon under orders from hotel mogul Steve Wynn himself. She desperately made frantic phone calls to Vegas friends, including Palms hotel owner George Maloof and the owners of Pure Management Group, for help. Britney is contracted to open PURE’s newest nightclub LAX at the Luxor on Memorial Day weekend.
Rumors circulated late yesterday (Friday) that Britney persuaded them to arrange rooms at Caesars Palace—and that’s where her mom and sister will headquarter for the weekend intervention and long hoped for reconciliation. The singer/dancer had been asked to leave the Wynn hotel, when her bodyguard, Julio Camera, was cited by Vegas police after investigating his punching one of two photographers.
Britney’s bodyguard now faces a possible six-month jail sentence for “the battery charge” of assaulting a photographer. Although Britney claimed the photographers had injured one of her young boys, her attempt to have Vegas police officers cite the lensman failed as they could find no evidence of any injuries to little Sean Preston. Thus no charges were filed against the paparazzi.
In addition to the Wynn debacle, Britney’s former husband, Kevin Federline, had his lawyer on Friday demand Britney return to California with their two young babies. She violated a court order not to leave the state without K-Fed’s written permission. It is believed that Federline talked with members of the Spears family to ask them to come to Vegas and resolve the situation.
Ironically it was at a Caesars Palace restaurant that Britney and would-be rapper Federline had a scream-fest over dinner during their brief marriage where she fled in tears to her suite and he strolled into the PURE nightclub which is where he shot his music video later.
The world has been asking why this 25-year-old pop-star has displayed seven non-stop months of ever-worsening bizarre behavior since I witnessed her collapse at the PURE nightclub on New Years Eve and why she has fired her advisers and business team and cut-off both family and friends.
“There is no doubt that she is experiencing the height of paranoia” I was told. “One can pretty much accurately guess why she is so paranoid: the screaming, the constant bathroom visits, the erratic mood swings and inexplicable behavior. She believes everybody—including her family, sadly—around her has been there only using her to make money for themselves and helping themselves to her fortune. It’s a classic Hollywood tale thats been repeated time and time again. It’s pathetic that as America’s No. 1 pop-star she got caught up in an evil party world surrounded by hangers-on, drugs and drinking. Either Federline or her mother and sister have to do something now before it’s too late and we have the final headlines of a tragic ending.”

Amid concerns from her family about her recent behavior, Britney Spears is moving on – taking the kids to Las Vegas.
The pop star, joined by her brother Bryan, flew in a private plane to Sin City on Wednesday afternoon with kids Sean Preston, 22 months, and Jayden James, 10 months.
No word on what, exactly, Spears plans to do while in town, but sources tell PEOPLE she went to dinner at the Country Club at the Wynn Las Vegas. She also made special arrangements to have her hotel room childproofed for the visit.
The trip could also pose some problems for any custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline: Under California law, neither parent is allowed to take a child out of state without written permission from the other – or by obtaining a court order. According to a source close to Federline, Spears failed to notify her ex or his attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, that she was taking the children to Las Vegas.
A lawyer for Spears did not respond to calls for comment.

WEDNESDAY JULY 25, 2007 12:00 PM EDT
Skivvy-dipping, soiling an expensive outfit and sailing with her sons sans lifejackets – it was a wet n' wild week for Britney Spears.
And this time, PEOPLE reports in its new issue (on sale Friday), her antics could have some serious consequences.
On July 18 the pop star, 25, and her unidentified blonde gal pal stopped off in Malibu for an impromptu afternoon dip (with Spears wearing only her skivvies!) before a crowd of photographers.
Her erratic behavior continued the next day when, after filming a new video (self-funded, according to a source), she reportedly had a "meltdown" during an ill-fated photo shoot for Ok! Magazine.
In the course of the session she apparently fretted that the ceiling might cave in, she allowed her newly acquired puppy to soil the floor and she wiped her hands on a couture gown after scarfing down fried chicken.
Finally, on July 20, Spears drew another wave of criticism for going boating with sons Sean Preston, 22 months, and Jayden James, 10 months – without life jackets. (Turns out they're not required by state law on such a large craft.)
Spears, who has no manager or personal publicist and has been without her BFF Alli Sims lately, "won't listen to anybody," says a family friend. "[Her family] is frustrated with the situation – and worried about the children."
Also worried, it seems, is their dad, Kevin Federline. The would-be rapper thinks his ex is exposing the boys to "unnecessary risk," says a source familiar with the case. "His lawyer [Mark Vincent Kaplan] hopes to get Kevin primary custody – soon."

Apparently the singer was looking at a series of legal documents in the restaurant - documents that we got a peek of in the parking lot with the suits - and the name "Kevin Federline," who is referred to as the "Artist," is repeated all over them. Is K-Fed perhaps getting a new gig, and if so, why would Britney be involved? All we know so far is that the papers don't appear to be at all related to the divorce or buying/selling a house.
We did some deep digging around and found out some information about the current life of the former wannabe rapper/ex-husband of Britney Spears, Kevin Federline.
He is renting a mansion in Tarzana, CA (not in Woodland Hills as X17 has claimed) and is supposedly living there with rumored girlfriend Allison Joyce (who works for his management company D-Mand Entertainment) which ironically, also used to manage Britney before she fired them and went to seek out Larry Rudolph.
Here are the details on the house:
Size: 6826 sq. feet 7 Bedrooms 8.5 Bathrooms
On The Market For: $3.2 Million
Leased to K-Fed For: $9,500/month
Description:This magnificent Tuscany style estate, two years new, offers luxury, comfort and breath taking views of the El Caballero Country Club golf course. Beautiful secluded location in the Monte Verde Estates. Gourmet kitchen with stainless Wolf/Sub-zero Appliances. Climate controlled wine cellar with glass door. Niles sound system. Six stations throughout the house. Listen to different devices in different rooms.. Golf course view in the back of the house. Exterior fire place and television, water fountain, infinity pool with waterfalls and fountains.
Looks like being married to Britney for 2 years really paid off! The icing on the cake though is that this is the house Lynne Spears and her ex-husband have recently spent time on visiting their grandchildren, against Britney’s wishes!

A source close to Federline tells Usmagazine.com that the 29-year-old dancer and dad of four met with the program director at Los Angeles radio station KIIS-FM to talk about becoming a DJ. "I know he's going to do some stuff at a station- he had an interview at KIIS...he's in talks to to be a DJ on KIIS."
A KIIS-FM source confirms the meeting, but calls any discussions about Federline "informal." The source adds, "He really wants to be on radio. He's made that clear."

The ex-Mr. Spears, who is still hounded by the paparazzi, hit up an ESPY Awards after party at the Mondrian last night with a rented entourage of burly bodyguards in tow.
See video here.
The aspiring rocker has been dating Los Angeles hip-hop radio personality Liz Hernandez, according to the National Enquirer.
“Kevin is definitely thrilled with Liz,” a source told the tab. “He talks about her all the time — how smart she is, how she’s marketed herself so well, and how beautiful she is. He’s serious about her.”
The two first met about 18 months ago when the aspiring rapper appeared on Hernandez’s radio show. In an exchange that caused a hubbub at the time, she asked Federline who was better in bed, Spears or his ex, Shar Jackson. Spears was said to be furious because he didn’t say her name immediately.
“Liz is trying to keep [the romance] quiet because she doesn’t want it to get around work, but Kevin can’t help but brag about his conquest to his friends and family,” the source told the Enquirer. “He has tons of modeling pictures of Liz in his home. She likes to cook, and Kevin loves that because he always did the cooking for both Shar and Britney,” says the source, who adds that Hernandez thinks Federline's two children by Spears are “adorable.”
