Child Services present at custody hearing today

Child Services Present at Britney Custody Hearing

Monday September 17, 2007

Lawyers for Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are in a Los Angeles court again today. Also present at the proceedings for the first time since August? A representative from the city’s Department of Child and Family Services.

At a hearing just two weeks ago, Spears attorney Laura Wasser told the court, “I spoke to [DCFS attorneys] Paul Harris and Doug Hunter, who both said they are not going to pursue anything on this." She later told, “I don't think they [the DCFS] had anything to appear about."

Apparently, the DCFS has had a change of heart. Perhaps it has something to do with attorney Gloria Allred’s much-touted “secret witness,” who is with her at the courthouse today?

Too bad they didn't take them huh? lol, they're trying to smear this chicks name. The secret witness is not credible. Kevin lawyers, Brits lawyers and the court didn't even ask him any questions. You know those allegations are serious. So ask yourself why did everyone leave and didn't seem concern about his depo? I'm sure the court and child services would've have said or did something. Did they? Naw, i thought this would be the day she loses her kids? Kfag has to bring more than this lame shit he's trying to pull.
