i hope he takes his ferrari.

I don't think he can. Unless she wanted him to have all his gifts back. I think it's in the prenup, that anything over(i think it was 10,000 dollars)has to e given back to her.

*to be given

Yeah she has to give back all gifts over a certain amount. I am sure he will just buy a new one. I guess he went to deposit the million+ he just got from her.

I wish them all happiness. It is time to move on. Britney seems better. Kevin seems good.

The divorce/custody has been done right.

Kevin paid for half the ferrari himself so you'd think he'd be able to keep it but I domn't think I've seen him driving it lately.

We can only wish him the best. I think if what we're reading is true that they agreed to 50/50 custody split then that is the best! Kevin loves his children and it is only right that he be able to be in their lives.

Notice how he moves his stuff out after the divorce.

He was conning Britney into believing that they were going to be a couple again. Now that he got what he wanted out of her (millions of dollars of HER money), he can go back to acting like a low-class Fresno welfare witch.

Imagine, $50,000 per month for babysitting two kids 4 days a week.

You TeamKevin idiots are as slimey as he is, if you still believe in his intentions.

Ok, so now he was conning Britney into believing they were going to be together again? How the hell does that work given that she was already just starting to date before her problems consumed her? If anyone is an idiot here, it would be you for thinking that she's doe eyed and helpless.

11:17 you seem to forget Britney fell in love with him when he was a 'low-class Fresno welfare witch'.

^
Right, which justifies him raping her financially.

Anonymous said...

Meaning he didn't con her into thinking they were getting back together by dressing smartly. Anyway did you see the pictures of him leaving the laywers office? he was wearing a tshirt and shorts!

Can you sing "Pop goes the Weasel"?

Us Weekly and TMZ- what the prenup contains
TMZ has learned Kevin Federline was speaking to his lawyer about divorcing Britney Spears more than a month before she filed legal papers to end the marriage.

Sources say Federline was communicating with attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, talking about divorcing Spears and angling to cash in on her fortune. Federline's right to money is extremely limited because of the prenup. TMZ knows the terms of the prenup, and they are not good news for K-Fed. We're told the only thing he'll get is less than 20% of the value of the couple's Malibu estate, valued at approximately $10 million, and spousal support for one year. We're told the support he'll get is less than $250,000.

As for reports that Britney e-mailed her hubby to inform him that she was about to file divorce papers, it simply is not true. Sources tell us that the couple has not been speaking for weeks, but e-mailing each other. She did not, however, talk about divorce in those e-mails. K-Fed learned of the divorce at the time TMZ broke the story that Spears had filed.

Sources say that at least for now, Spears will not comment on K-Fed's plan to fight her for custody of their two children. We know, however, that Spears sees K-Fed's move as nothing more than an attempt to score some money. He's banking on Spears forking over dough to avoid a fight; an unlikely outcome -- given the fact that she's represented by legal pit bull Laura Wasser. Also, if K-Fed got custody, he'd be entitled to a significant amount in child support.

I knew k-Fraud was a snake. That son of a bitch. I hope Britney gets full custody of the kids. I also hope he gets less than $1 million. He doesn't deserve a penny of Brit's money.

Anonymous said...

Too late now, the snake made off with a shit load of money: $600,000 per year for pretending to be a father 3 or 4 days a week.

He's a sperm donor, nothing more. Now that he made his millions, he'll hire a nanny to take the kids off his hands. And of course the resident shit heads on TeamKevin will be lapping it up, saying how good he looks and what a great father he is, and how much talent he has.

^Britney always had a nanny, there's nothing wrong with that.

11.16 thanks for posting that but it's from USWeekly, i don't believe a word they say!

It doesn't matter who hires a nanny, or how much money Britney has, or will earn. I have a feeling her career is just about over anyway, but that isn't the point.

The point is, Kevin Federline is still young and healthy. He didn't stop a high-paying career to be with her, or to be a father. Just the opposite, he tried using the press coverage to launch a career he wouldn't never have had without being Mr. Britney Spears. Sure he failed, but he got a shot at the big time. That's alot more than most aspiring artistis get.

I don't see how anyone with an ounce of self-respect would take that kind of money in a divorce, after sacrificing so little financially (what, missed pizza delivery earnings?), or with so little time invested in a marriage.

And I don't get why people defend that, or make some lame excuse on his behalf. He and Britney made a huge mistake, but it is time for him to move on and stop acting like the blood sucking parasite everyone knows that he is.

The rest of you wake up and smell the coffee... or the stench of KFed's decayed moral values.

You guys do realize that all these "he gets 50,000 a week and has them x amount of days a week" mean absolutely nothing because it cannot be proven true! The story originated in STAR magazine, who is known to downright make up stories! The agreement is under a "gag" order and most likely will be filed skeletally, meaning we will never know all of it!!! Wasser is known to file that way!

Anonymous said...

^ That person is correct! Laura Wasser has the reputation, well earned, as a shark. To uphold that reputation and ensure that she gets more business, I highly doubt the Star article- thus reported by MSNBC (who have turned into gossipmongers as they reported that Spears has OD'ed in rehab (which was proven false)), is in any fashion true!

How could they have word for word byplay, unless there was a mike right there? Why would Spears or Wasser (her especially) agree to that arrangment? Star seems to disregard the fact that Spears has an ironclad prenip, which would be upheld in any court in the land.

Besides, if x-17 is trying to insinuate that Federline banked a settlement check from Spears, well typically money doesn't switch hands until after the judge has approved the settlement. All parties could agree to the arrangment, but the judge has to approve it for it to be legal.

^Yes, I don't recall reading anything official that said he would get $50,000, the only official thing was that he gets $1 million in the divorce.

Anonymous said...

^ We don't even know if that's official. Why should K-Douche receive $1 million?
