K-Fed Keeps it Clean in Vegas

Are Kevin Federline and Britney Spears sharing custody of Las Vegas?

Federline returned to Sin City on Friday April 6 with a group of male friends to do some partying. K-Fed and Spears, 25, have been alternating weekends in Vegas. Federline was in town just two weeks ago celebrating his 29th birthday, and last Saturday Britney showed with some girlfriends to do some shopping and dine at Tao.

On Friday afternoon, the crew spent the day at the Mirage’s Bare pool (where topless sunbathing is allowed), hanging out in a cabana for a couple of hours.

According to an onlooker, “He was very chill. He didn’t approach any women.” In fact, when one blond girl approached to have her picture taken with him he politely declined.

A source tells that Kevin is trying to maintain a low profile, because he knows people are watching, but he is really “itching to let loose.”

Nevertheless, Federline acted like a gentleman when he arrived at the Mirage’s Jet Nightclub at 1:15 a.m.

Jet employees printed up wads of fake money and asked Kevin to get on the mic and joke about how he made out in marrying Britney and then throw it into the crowd, but “he said he would absolutely not do it,” the source tells Us.

Instead, four girls with fistfuls of fake dough stood above Kevin at 2 a.m. and showered him with the phony money.

“He didn’t even acknowledge it was going on,” says our witness. “He ignored it and looked upset that they were doing it.”

Federline, 29, headed to his favorite stomping ground – Las Vegas. But unlike his last visit to Sin City, this time he didn't bring the kids, just his close buddies.

"It's a guys' weekend," a source told PEOPLE.

After touching down Friday afternoon, Federline and crew caught a few rays at the Mirage's private adult pool, Bare, before heading out to dinner at Nobu. Next stop: Jet nightclub, where go-go dancers showered him with fake money to the tune of Fat Joe's "Make it Rain."

Just after 3 a.m., Federline and his entourage made their way to Caesars Palace's Pure Nightclub, where the aspiring rapper spent time in the DJ booth, and then on to the strip club Scores until the early morning.

The next night it was dinner and gambling until 2 a.m. before Federline left town about an hour later to drive back to Los Angeles. "He wanted to be with his kids on Easter," a source tells PEOPLE.

Aww.. everyone seems determined to turn this situation into something it isn't, even the night club. Let him have his night in peace.

Am I the only one who is clearly annoyed with all of these stupid sources making sure everything is smooth, everytime Kevin goes out to party?

^ Nope I am too! It seems whenever he goes out or whenever something is said, someone from his camp has to spin it! And the sad thing is some (not all) tabliods are buying it!

It shouldn't matter that he "kept it clean"...the man has been seen out at clubs how many times in the last 2 weeks? Quite a number he is racking up since the settlement went thru!

So much for a "changed" Kevin! And I was really liking the "new" guy who stepped up to the plate and didn't go out every other night! Too bad the "transformation" only lasted a few months!

I agree 100%. These "sources" are always making sure the media knows Kevin is clean everytime he fucking parties. It's so annoying. Just stfu already. It's more than obvious that Kevin is paying those creeps to get some good PR.

There's just been enough positive reaction to Kevin lately (as there should be) that some of the media is off the trashing Kevin bandwagon and on the "Kevin is an okay guy" bandwagon. It's whatever people will be interested in reading. Right now misunderstood Kevin is in.

There's no big conspiracy theory. The media does what they want.

Where's the suit? If you make a dumbass statement about how you are now going to be wearing suits, I expect you to actually wear them.

you naysayers are ridiculous

Almost every time Kevin is seen in a club, he was HIRED to be there
HIRED, as in work, getting paid
the media likes to make it seem like he was there to just have fun
but no, he wouldnt be there if he wasnt being PAID to be there
