Kevin and kids visit Britney yesterday

Video: Kevin brings kids to visit Britney

Britney Spears fresh out of rehab is visited by her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James at her Hollywood Hills retreat. Britney, who is still not allowed custody of her children, had a supervised four hour visit with them and their nanny today, whilst husband Kevin Federline relaxed at his Encino mansion on his 29th birthday.

UH! She never lost custody of her children so how is she "not allowed to have custody" now?

^ It's called "The stories idiots create to sell a story". Kevin hasn't even been to the courtroom. As far as we know, Britney very much still has full custody over the kids.

^ you are correct. Technically, because arrangements were documented and decreed by the court, those arrangements hold as the legal goings on...so Spears legally still has primary physical custody legally as no changes were made to the legal decree.

The agreement that Kevin and Britney agreed to and filed in court earlier this year has expired, so right now there really isn't any custody agreement, Britney had physical custody because the kids were living with her, and now Kevin has physical custody cause the kids are living with him, and for the time being atleast it will stay that way, how long, nobody really knows.

Ppl really needs to stop being so stupid, Kevin is those boys father too, nothing wrong with them living with him as long as he cares for them properly, and hopeful Britney will stick treatment, and get her act together so that she can be more involve in the their life, and her and Kevin can come to a permanent agreement to share custody.

Kelly.

brit's legal team just filed an injunction against the tabs in the UK[that's the country that's called "England" kelly and alison] from publishing any stories relating to her rehab at promises...
since it's an open secret kfraud and his ilk have been selling stories to the tabs it comes as no suprise...
employees of promises sign non-disclosure as a condition of employment and other patients generally wish to maintain their privacy...
the prenup will most likely remain in place and brit maintains her status on forbe's list of highest paid female entertainers, so kfed needs to keep spending brit's money.

Why only file an injunction for just the British tabs, why not file one for all of them? Just because someone who works at Promises signs a confidentiality/privacy/non-disclosure contract or whatever doesnt mean they're going to live up to it. Ever hear of an "anonymous source"? All you have to do is be careful how you word your story and not give a name.

There are a lot of places where celebs are supposed to have privacy; but we all know that rarely happens and those places barely exist. A piece of paper and signature isn't going to stop someone from leaking your life in rehab out to the public.

it is easier to file these types of injunctions under English Law, and under our legal system you have to prove that these stories in the tabs are slanderous and are defamation of character...

Obvious- you do realize that part of why she went to court is to find the name ofthe source. If the higher courts find that it violates someone's rights they can make publications give the name of their source. If they get the name from only going to court against the British publication, then there really is no need to go to court against other publications.

There is no excuse for someone leaking her rehab information to the public. When she went to rehab she expected it to be a safe and private place where she can work on improving herself and whatever problem she had, not get it leaked out to the public. The piece of paper signed is a legal contract saying they will not disclose any information unless the patient allows them too. I really hope they get the name of the person and Brit takes them to court and they lose their license or job... it's not alright to leak someone's medical information to the world.
