Reality show. Well his new reality. Probably lots of shots with his other kids. New record deal? lol. No.
The great news is that Britney and Kevin have agreed to share justody of the boys for this month. Kevin even gets to have physical custody of the boys at times.
Great they are working things out finally!
^ He doesn't appear to get physical custody of the boys at anytime during this decree. It says he has to be at her house on M,W,F, for 4 hours and that she, the nanny, and bodyguards can be present. But he cannot leave the house with them...so no physical custody.
Would it really be so terrible if Kevin had 12 hours of physical custody a week? Britney's not allowed to do anything to prevent him from seeing the boys during that time, even if she is allowed to be around if she wants, and even if (for now) it's at her house. Doesn't seem wrong to call those 12 hours Kevin's physical custody.
To be legal...physical custody means that he has the boys at that time...no restrictions. Meaning he wouldn't have to ask/answer to her regarding what he does during his time...which it appears that is what he has to do, as she/her employees can be present at anytime during his visit. She cannot prevent him from seeing the boys and being at her house, but he cannot essentially break any of her house rules. He cannot take the boys anywhere nor can he, if she so chooses, be alone with them. That is not joint physical custody.
Let's hope he's finally coming out of the closet.
