Kevin Federline a no-show at 2Day-FM for radio hosting gig

KEVIN Federline is feuding with controversial 2DayFM hosts Kyle and Jackie O after throwing their breakfast show into turmoil yesterday when he failed to front at the last minute for a paid hour of co-hosting.

Producers expected the US musician - who completed a training session for the gig on Thursday - at 6.40am for a 7am start but went into panic mode when he and his publicist couldn't be contacted.

In was an eventful day for the show, with Robbie Williams later declaring his undying love for girlfriend Ayda Field with an apparent marriage proposal on air before flying out.

But it was Federline's no-show which dominated the morning and Confidential can reveal that Federline - Britney Spears' ex-husband - pulled out after being enraged the night before by a headline on the 2DayFM website.

It was based on an interview between the trio two weeks ago and the headline read: "Hear (Federline) confess that he's not ruling out getting back together with Britney!!"

A make-up artist from Spears' Circus tour alerted his now-girlfriend Victoria Prince to the posting on Thursday night. She asked Federline about it at dinner, he checked the site on his iPhone - and "exploded".

"The headline was completely out of context with the interview and Kevin is not getting back with Britney, so he said, 'F . . . them, I'm not going to do their show'," Federline's publicist Amanda Archer told Confidential.

Decision made, they then went out into the early hours.

Archer maintained she had immediately texted a 2DayFM producer to alert them, but station content director Derek Bargwanna said none was received. "If he has a problem, fine, but we should have been told or warned and we weren't and that left us seriously in the lurch and it was unprofessional," he said.

Responded Archer: "The unprofessional thing was making up a headline like that when nothing of the sort was said in the original interview."

Federline flew to Melbourne yesterday after making an appearance at Bondi Junction's Ed Hardy fashion store.

Kevin Suits Up in Ed Hardy for New Gig

Kevin Federline has found a way to earn some money, and he's following in Jon Gosselin's footsteps by making it. Federline is currently in Australia while ex-wife Britney Spears tours Down Under, as the couple share custody of their two young sons.

K-Fed spent his Thanksgiving morning in Brisbane making an in-store appearance at an Ed Hardy shop, along with his current girlfriend Victoria Prince.

Ed Hardy is the same brand that has dressed Jon Gosselin and flew the otherwise unemployed, divorced, father of eight to the South of France with his girlfriend this summer. There was even talk of Gosselin designing kids clothes for the brand.

The store appearance isn't Federline's only gig. The former backup dancer will appear on the upcoming season of Celebrity Fit Club, for which he has visibly slimmed down after briefly earning the moniker K-Fat.

K-FAT no more! Stepping out yesterday with girlfriend Victoria Prince, Kevin Federline - the former husband of Britney Spears - was looking fit and loved-up after gaining weight while serving as fulltime dad to his celebrity sons.

The excessive weight drew scorn from the US press, something that made him appreciate his ex-wife's position, and he dropped almost 19kg on US reality show Celebrity Fit Club, which he finished filming before touching down in Brisbane on Sunday.

Despite the rumour mill going into overdrive last week, with talk that the gorgeous pro-volleyballer Prince was pregnant, Confidential can reveal that, in fact, she's not.

Sometime singer Federline has two children with former fiance Shar Jackson and two sons with Spears, Sean Preston, 4, and Jayden James, 3.

Currently he has sole custody of his boys with Spears and, now they're a little older, Father Federline is looking at getting back to business.

He plans to relaunch himself while here in Australia.

"They're at an age where they're not tiny babies and she [Spears] can look after them on occasion when he goes out of town," a source said.

Despite previously being rather media shy, Federline has conducted two magazine interviews since arriving in Australia.

There are even whispers that he may return early next year for an appearance on the catwalk for a "major menswear label" during Australian Fashion Week.

Federline and Prince are expected to arrive in Sydney today.

Ex on Kevin Federline: Fans Will Be "Very Shocked" By His Weight Loss

For those flabbergasted by summertime photos of a dramatically heavy Kevin Federline, get ready for the next shock: a slim-again K-Fed, thanks to his participation in the next season of VH1's Celebrity Fit Club.

So says Shar Jackson -- his ex-girlfriend and mother of two of his children, also a contestant on the next season of Fit Club, which premieres in January.

"I think everybody will be very, very shocked to see the end results," Jackson told Usmagazine.com at Nov. 20's Home of the Holidays Gift Lounge event in L.A.

Shooting for the reality competition ended on Nov. 19, and Jackson confirmed to Us that she and Federline "both made it to the end." The one-time couple didn't team up or work out together on the show, the 33 year-old singer-actress said. "He was on his journey and I was on mine,"

But they certainly had reasons to bond: both "survived the Harvey [E. Walden IV] boot camp," she said of the show's hard-charging coach. "You can't even imagine the stuff that this man put us through . . . very painful!"

Outside their reality-show gig, Jackson says that she and Federline are "definitely still friends." Federline is father to her daughter Kori, 7, and son Kaleb, 5 -- who have playdates with Sean and Jayden, Federline's sons with ex-wife Britney Spears.

"They're siblings," Jackson explained. "They're going to be related forever. There's nothing we can do about that so we make sure that they love each other and know each other and have a great relationship."

"Kevin is really a trouper," Stroh says. "He's actually quite shy and quiet and soft-spoken. But when he pipes in, he's very funny and really witty."

The new season of the nine-week competition will wrap in about a month.

Stroh insists she's not a bossy leader when it comes to Federline or anyone else in their group. "I've learned that it's best to lead by example with them," she says. "Kevin will take it like a champ though. He'll take constructive criticism very well."

Kevin Federline to drop in to Brisbane's Mad Dance House

IT was always going to be tough to get Britney Spears to break camp, but an inner-city Brisbane dance school has got the next best thing.

Kevin Federline, the father of Brit's two children Sean and Jayden and a bit of a dancer himself, will drop in to Mad Dance House.

Principal Meg Cooper was gobsmacked when Eddie Morales, who's conducting a guest workshop on November 24 and 28, told her he'd bring his pal K-Fed along.

"It is a bit of a spectacle. (Kevin's) coming to hang out, he won't dance or anything. He's gonna be in town anyway, he has the kids," Meg said.

So, no need to get an extra babysitter? "I was actually thinking about that," said Meg, who had Morales in before when he was on tour with Justin Timberlake.

Workshops with a bunch of Britney back-up dancers that week are still open, and gawkers are welcome. The dancers will also party down VIP-style at the Valley's Magic City on November 21.

Rounding up all of his kiddies for a family excursion, Kevin Federline was joined by girlfriend Victoria Prince as they took Kaleb, Kori, Jayden, and Sean to see Disney’s “A Christmas Carol” in Chatsworth, California on Sunday (November 8).

The happy family looked to be thoroughly enjoying the afternoon outing, as Kevin and Victoria held hands while escorting the young’ens in and out of the local cinema.

The movie excursion comes amidst rumors that K-Fed and Miss Prince are expecting their first child together, with an insider telling Us magazine, “The test was positive. She told Kevin that she was pregnant, but he didn’t seem happy to hear the news.”

Aside from his parental duties, Federline is currently gearing up for his appearance on the television show “Celebrity Fit Club”.

High School Musical" star Kaycee Stroh says starring in the VH1 reality diet show, "Celebrity Fit Club," is like "becoming a Marine."

We caught up with Kaycee at the Environmental Media Awards on Sunday night, honoring -- among others -- Sir Richard Branson, National Geographic and the dolphin documentary, "The Cove."

Not only is Kaycee working out two hours a day -- doing cardio, lifting -- she has only prepared meals and keeps track of "everything" she eats and keeps a "feelings journal." She even told me they were all going through psychotherapy to deal with why they overeat.

But she's one of the two team leaders, so she also has be motivational with her teammates -- musician Sebastian Bach, Kevin Federline and Tanisha Thomas from "The Bad Girls Club." Kaycee calls them all every day, make sure they are eating right and getting out of bed.

Any complaints so far? "Any time you put eight celebrities into boot camp, you'll hear some whining," she says.

So how's KFed doing? "I love Kevin. He's very quiet and a very sweet man, but when he pipes in, he's good."

The show will air in February. "If there was ever a season of 'Celebrity Fit Club' to watch, this is it. We are full-on Marines."

News.com.au. reports that Britney Spears, who recently finished the latest US leg of her ‘Circus’ world tour, was to head Down Under with sons Sean Preston, 4, and Jayden James, 3, to perform another run of dates. The pop princess will reportedly hit the Australian roads without her sons.

The youngsters were supposed to arrive with her former husband, Kevin Federline. But Britney will be stepping in the country without the kids as Kevin was assumed to have postponed the trip. Federline was said to be busy with filming commitments with the reality show ‘Celebrity Fit Club’.

Britney may now not see her lads until the middle of next month.

Britney Spears/ Kevin Federline Custody Arrangement Extended

A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge has extended the custody agreement that gives Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline joint custody of their two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

According to TMZ, the order, which was originally put in place to cover Spears' Circus tour, will likely last through the end of the year. Under the terms of the deal, Spears — who at one point had lost custody of the children due to her chaotic personal life — was allowed to travel with the boys while on tour, provided she make arrangements for Federline's lodging if he chose to accompany them.

Unnamed sources told TMZ that the sealed order is very detailed, but that it reportedly provides Spears with a minimum of 50/50 custody, or more at times. In return, Federline gets $20,000 a month in child support, as well as $20,000-$25,000 additional a month when the boys travel outside of California. The judge will reevaluate the custody arrangements at the end of the year, but the joint custody appears to be the plan going forward.

While Spears has been traversing the globe in support of her Circus album — which will travel to Australia in November — a noticeably heftier Federline has signed up to appear on VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club." Reportedly joining him on the show will be singer Bobby Brown, Federline's ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson and former "Baywatch" star Nicole Eggert.

Kevin To Be On Celebrity Fit Club

Britney Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline is hoping to beat the bulge on Celebrity Fit Club.

The dancer and wannabe rapper - who has piled on the pounds in recent months - has signed up to appear on the next series of the US TV show, reports People.

A representative for VH1 confirmed to the mag that Federline, who was married to the pop princess from 2004 to 2007 and has two sons with her, will be taking part.

Federline's ex, Moesha actress Shar Jackson, singer Bobby Brown and former Baywatch actress Nicole Eggert are also thought to be appearing in the new series of the show, which sees celebs battling to lose weight and get fit.

Stars such as Daniel Baldwin, Tiffany and Kelly LeBrock have previously taken part in the show.

While Kim Kardashian plans sister Kourtney's baby shower, the Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami star's boyfriend, Scott Disick, had his own daddy-to-be celebration of sorts this week in Miami during an evening of dining and clubbing Kourtney jokingly dubs a "man-shower."

On Wednesday, while Kardashian, 30, and Disick, 26, were in Miami – where she and her famous sisters own the store Dash – the on-again couple attended a dinner at the Fontainebleau hotel's steakhouse Gotham Steak with Kevin Federline, 31, his girlfriend Victoria Prince, musician Cisco Adler and rapper Shwayze.

Afterwards, Disick and Federline headed to the hotel's nightclub LIV to watch Adler and Shwayze perform.

"We were joking that it was Scott's 'man shower,' like his version of a baby shower," Kardashian tells PEOPLE. "Guys get excited too about having a baby, so they should do something too. One of our friends started calling it a 'man shower,' but I was like, 'Guys don't have tea and open presents!' But for them, dinner and then going to a nightclub is a 'man shower.' They thought it was funny."

As for the male bonding, Kardashian says Federline gave her beau "some cute advice about being a father, he was really sweet, saying how Scott's life will change."

Kardashian says that evening is where the "man shower" festivities will likely stop. "That was it," she says. "That's as far as guys will ever plan unless they need an excuse to go out! I had no desire to go. I was relaxing, chilling. If they want to go have a 'man shower' in Miami, then go ahead!"

And did the boys behave? "Yes," she says. "And it's downstairs, so if I needed anything, it's close. I totally chilled."

The previous night, Federline and Prince visited The Gansevoort South hotel's Louis Bar Lounge, where they shared a table with Disick and danced to tracks by Prince, The Rolling Stones, Jay-Z and The Ting Tings.

Federline was in Miami co-parenting his kids with ex-wife Britney Spears, who performed a sold-out show at American Airlines Arena on Wednesday night.
